Who We Are
The UCSB Affiliates is one of UCSB's most long-standing support groups, and the largest.

The purpose of this organization is to strengthen relationships between UCSB and the greater Santa Barbara area communities. Membership provides enriching and enjoyable ways to access the educational and cultural resources of the University of California, Santa Barbara.

What We Do
The UCSB Affiliates offer members a wide spectrum of program series and lectures, which feature faculty from around the campus.

Become a Member
You may become a member of the UCSB Affiliates by printing the PDF Membership Form (40kb).  Please fill it out and send it in with your membership dues.

Benefits of Membership
UCSB Community Support Group members enjoy a variety of discounts and benefits. Your membership includes:

• UCSB Library
  Reduced library card fee: only $25.00 for a one-year UCSB Library Borrower's Card (save 75%!). Call 893-4388.

• Gaucho Getaways
  Eligibility and invitations to travel on the UCSB Alumni Association's popular trips. Call 893-2288.

• UCSB Extension
  15% discount on one selected Extension class per quarter. (And you can enroll in UCSB classes, paying on a per unit basis, through the Concurrent Enrollment Program.) Call 893-4200.

• Faculty Club
  Eligibility to join the UCSB Faculty Club (with one-time membership fee waived). Call 893-3096.

• Rec Center
  Over 20% savings on UCSB Recreation Center membership. The facility includes pools, gyms, raquetball and squash courts, weight training and cardio-vascular equipment. Call 893-3738.
