Note to undergraduate students:
Commencement Pass 1
Only students with 164 units, either completed or in progress
during the winter quarter, will be eligible to make a commencement
reservation during PASS 1. Seniors can only
make a reservation for the ceremony to which their major is assigned
for this pass.
Commencement Pass 2
Only students with 164 units, either
completed or in progress during the spring quarter, will be
eligible to make a commencement reservation during PASS 2. Eligible
undergraduate students can reserve any open and available
ceremony regardless of major.
Making a commencement reservation and receiving an official degree
require two separate actions on GOLD. Students must declare candidacy
to officially graduate. Declarations are made using GOLD.
- Bookstore Graduation Fair
Tuesday and Wednesday, April 29 and 30
Senior photographs, class rings, and commencement information
available from 94 in the University Center lobby.
- Last Day to Declare Candidacy to Graduate
Monday, April 14
Last day to declare candidacy for Spring 2008 undergraduate degree.
- Commencement Book Deadline
Thursday, May 1
Commencement Reservations must be made on GOLD by this date in
order to have your name included in the Commencement Book.
- Final DayCommencement Reservations
Friday, May 23
Final day for undergraduates to make commencement 2008 reservations.
- Regalia
