Even as some of the final touches are applied to the $154.8 million San Clemente Graduate Student Housing, continuing grad students are seeking apartments in the 21, three-story buildings edging El Colegio Road. Beginning next month, new grad students will select from either Plan A’s four-bedroom model ($723 a month for each student) or Plan B’s two-bedroom model ($831 a month for each student). These rental prices include utilities, cable, and Internet services, reports Willie Brown, director of Housing and Residential Services, but not parking. Between April 1 and June 1, Brown adds, post-doctoral students can apply “for any remaining spaces.”
