"In the Limelight: Diversity on Stage" is the title of theatrical materials drawn from the California Ethnic & Multicultural Archives' performing arts collections.
The Channel City Camera Club presents the varied work of 15 different photographers.
Talented staff members have contributed photography, oils, watercolors, and other media to this eclectic visual collection presented by Staff Assembly. An opening reception is scheduled for July 11 from 3:30-5 p.m.
Early in his career, Andy War-hol worked as a commercial artist in New York City, and his emphasis on glamour and fashion, particularly women's footwear, is the focus of this display. An opening reception is set for July 12 from 5-8 p.m.
Drawn from the museum?s permanent collection are more than 20 pieces of abstract art from the 1960s and ?70s, mostly by Los Angeles artists.
