This year, Glenn Hening, founder of the Surfrider Foundation, and performance artist Meredith Monk were UCSB Regents’ Lecturers. Who will fill those positions for next year? The deadline is May 23 at 3 p.m.

Regents’ Lecturers come from outside academia and are distinguished people from different walks of life. Lecturers spend at least two to three days on campus, but the residency is flexible. Any academic department may nominate a nonacademic guest.
