Lecturer Nominations Open
Candidates for UCSB’s peer-awarded Faculty Research Lecturer are advised to start gathering documentation now, according to a call for nominations from the Academic Senate < www.senate.ucsb.edu>. The submission deadline is Dec.
8, but since all members of the Senate are eligible (if they are not previous winners) early entry helps the selection committee and support staff. The committee “gives equal consideration to creative activity and traditional research.” Contact stephanie.smagala@senate.ucsb.edu with questions.
