UCSB Staff Assembly would like to help offices and departments scare up some Halloween spirit. The executive committee of the campus staff support organization has conjured a contest this month for Halloween office decorations as well as for a variety of costume categories.

Top prize for the best-decorated, most imaginative office will be a pizza party at Wood­stock’s, said Greta Halle, Psychology Department undergraduate adviser and co-chair of Staff Assembly. “Many other prizes will be awarded individual costumes (for) creativity” on Oct. 31, she added.
