This architectural model of a 2,000-seat performing arts hall and 500-seat recital center, on the left, is one of eight designs selected for exhibition from 16 proposals generated by Professor Barton Myers’ design course at the UCLA Graduate School of Architecture. It and its counterparts were recently on display inside Campbell Hall as part of one group’s answer to what such structures might look like at UCSB and five other sites in Santa Barbara.
