Vote Information
Still Available

With voters going to the polls tomorrow, Nov. 2, information resources are still available on and off campus for anyone who has registered but remains undecided on the issues or candidates. For example, today, Nov. 1, the Student Affairs Division and other groups will sponsor a nonpartisan meeting to explain the propositions on the ballot. It will be held at 7 p.m. in Isla Vista Theater.
A group of campus librarians organized a display case in the Davidson Library for voter education. They also created a Web site that includes state elections and propositions, and links to the presidential candidates’ stands on issues.
Go to the Web address <http://www.library.ucsb.edu/subjects/index.html> and click on the “Voter Education” link. It will open doors to finding individuals’ polling places or learning about campaign finances, among other items.
